Stopbadware has started listing websites that are hosting malicious programs, whether they have been hacked or not. If your site is on the list, they can give you some help and some ideas where to start, and the ability to get your site removed.

According to Scansafe's Monthly Global Threat Report for March 2007, almost 80 percent -- contain "offensive" content, with six percent hosting active malware. 80%. That is unreal.
